AnswerOrders shipping to the US: You will receive an email with your UPS tracking number once our distribution center has shipped your order. Enter your tracking number on the UPS website to track your package.
Orders shipping internationally: You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number once our distribution center has shipped your order. Enter your tracking number on the DHL website to track your package.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
AnswerThe estimated delivery date is provided in your order confirmation email, please allow up until this date for the parcel to arrive. You will be able to keep track of your order with the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. When will my order ship?
AnswerAll orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 PM EST are usually processed and shipped same-day, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 2 PM will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
